I still remember the first harvest. It was in September 2004. Almost a party with the whole family contributing. I was only twenty years old and I was primarily responsible for the success or failure of the first harvest. Everything had to progress in the best possible manner. There were those who encouraged us and those who did not believe in us. But the results kept pouring in year after year, harvest after harvest. Even today I personally oversee the processing of the grape harvest, done exclusively by hand and packed into boxes. The whole family works in the vineyard throughout the cycle. Every year our company collects the grapes from our vineyards, about 100 tons of grapes, including Nero di Troia, Malvasia Bianca, Bombino bianco etc.
