A deep ruby red with an ample bouquet of raspberries, sage, cloves, thyme and vanilla. Its heavy, warm and enveloping body is perfectly balanced on the palate. Full of flavour, satisfying and with a very long finish, it goes relatively easily with food, and is good either on its own or served with mature cheeses.
