In the new and beautiful winery the commitment of the Varvaglione family to wines keeps going on.

Cosimo and Maria Varvaglione work alongside a dynamic and motivated team, running Vigne & Vini with enthusiasm and entrepreneurial commitment.

Cosimo is the enologist, and has inherited three generations of professional skills which he brings to this modern winery. It lies in the heart of the old Magna Graecia area, and is a significant example of innovation and tradition together.

The winery mainly valorises native grape varieties like Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera, and aims for quality via careful choice of grapes, great care with harvesting and a lot of attention paid to new technology.

The winery’s products are present on almost all foreign markets, thanks also to Maria Teresa’s work taking care of public relations in Italy and abroad. The winery has a large cellar and tasting room, and is continually expanding - a good combination of modernity and local traditions.
